These are non negotiable. Thanks!Terms of ServiceBy agreeing to commission me, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, or considered a legal adult in your country of residence.I withhold the right to reject or cancel any commission request without explanation. Upon a cancelation, if you have not yet received your rough drafted item/image, you will receive a full refund. If a cancelation occurs after you receive your rough drafted item or sketch, you may receive a partial refund. The amount varies on a case by case basis.Commissions will be sold to you via digital goods only (ie., png, jpeg, psd, pdf, ttmp, fbx, etc.) If you have a preference for the final deliverable file type, please let me know.I retain creator copyrights of the image / item / or mod, but you can repost, use, and display the commission for personal use only. You forfeit the right to resell the commission and you cannot use the commission for commercial means, knowingly use the piece for AI training, nor use it for NFT trading or selling. In addition if you purchased a mod, you agree to not knowingly share your item with others unless discussed with me, or unless the item has been made public by me.You agree to make the payment in full before the rough draft of your item is shown. Once the rough/outline is shown, no full refund or change of content or subject matter will be available.Payments will be made in USD via a Paypal invoice I send to you. If you are due a refund, please email me so we can schedule a Paypal chargeback and work out costs. DO NOT send a chargeback without prior contact.
If absolutely necessary we can make adjustments to payment type (such as kofi, venmo, or cashapp), however this will not be the norm.Rules & Conduct (Visual Art)Please provide reference work or detail descriptions of what you need (preferably both). If I deem that there is insufficient material to work from, you may be charged with a design fee (+50$), as I will have to spend time brainstorming and designing your item. I also retain the right to deny commission if no reference is provided.EDITS
You are allowed two adjustments to any commission from me. The first will be for larger changes to the rough, and the second will be for minor tweaks to the final. Outside of these two, no additional adjustments will be afforded for free. Each additional tweak will result in an additional charge.Once you receive and approve of the final artwork, no further edits are available. Additionally, after receiving the final artwork, no refund will be available.Once your commission has started* you will receive a rough draft within 1-2 business weeks. You then will receive your final item within 1-2 business weeks after you approve the rough sketch/initial concept item. This timebox CAN change depending on my life needs, but I will try my best to stick to it. If a commission is needed sooner than business weeks for a particular date, a rush fee will be paid before the final art is finished.I am OPEN to questions regarding image content, stylization preferences, lighting/mood requests, etc. BEFORE the rough is drafted. Please minimize changes post-rough to avoid additional charges.These Terms of service are subject to changes, depending on the need to.
